Andre Blake might have had it, but Dwayne Miller certainly didn't.

Jozy Altidore got the Gold Cup final party started at the stroke of half-time, scoring a brutal, inch-perfect free kick smacked home with power and purpose. It left substitute goalkeeper Miller shaking his head, as Blake was removed at the 20-minute mark with a torn right hand.

Altidore won't mind one bit, as "the Beast" of Toronto FC notched his 39th goal in his 107th appearance and gave the United States a 1-0 lead at half-time over Jamaica.
