Leonard Fournette broke LSU's single-season rushing record after picking up 105 yards on 22 carries through three quarters against Texas A&M Saturday night.
Fournette eclipsed Charles Alexander's mark of 1,686 yards set back in 1977. Records are nothing new for the running back; he became the first SEC back to have three consecutive 200 plus games.
The New Orleans, La. native accomplished the feat with 50 fewer carries than Alexander.
