Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports
Vanderbilt quarterback Patton Robinette left Saturday night's game against South Carolina with under a minute left in the first quarter after throwing a touchdown pass.
Unsubstantiated speculation on Twitter is that the sophomore quarterback may have suffered a head injury.
South Carolina leads the Commodores 24-14 late in the third quarter.
