Michigan bolstered its 2020 recruiting class on Friday, as four-star athlete Braiden McGregor announced his commitment to the Wolverines, according to M-Live's Aaron McMann.
McGregor is the No. 2-ranked athlete in the 2020 cycle and the 26th overall prospect on the ESPN 300. Though he's an effective tight end, his primary position will likely be defensive end.
The Wolverines have long been the favorite to land the Port Huron prospect as the top-ranked player in his home state.
McGregor represents Michigan's highest-graded commit from the 2020 cycle. He considered Notre Dame and Florida, among others, before announcing his decision.
