Isaiah Wright, a running back featured on the Netflix documentary series "Last Chance U," was released from jail and had his criminal homicide charge dismissed after striking a plea deal Wednesday.

The 20-year-old Wright, who had been jailed since September, pleaded guilty to facilitation of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, according to Travis Dorman of the Knoxville News Sentinel.

Wright and his brother, Camion Patrick, were among the four men charged in connection with the stabbing death of Caleb Thomas Radford, 18, on July 25, 2017. Patrick's criminal homicide charge was dropped in November.

Knoxville's WVLT-TV reported that a Netflix crew was in the courtroom filming when Wright accepted the plea deal.

A Twitter account that appears to belong to Wright indicated he plans to resume his football career.
