Camion Patrick - a former star on the documentary series "Last Chance U" - had a criminal homicide charge against him dismissed Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.
Patrick, who briefly played wide receiver at Indiana following his tenure at East Mississippi Community College, was one of four men facing criminal homicide charges. Isaiah Wright, who was also featured "Last Chance U," is one of three men still facing criminal homicide charges. All three will have their cases brought before a grand jury.
The charges stem from the July 25 murder of a Maryland man who was found with multiple stab wounds.
Patrick caught six passes for the Hoosiers last season before retiring due to injuries.
