Clemson signed the nation's top-ranked pocket passer for the second year in a row Wednesday, officially securing the services of five-star quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
The 6-foot-6 passer committed to the Tigers one year ago, but couldn't sign his letter of intent until Wednesday, the first day of the new early signing period.
Lawrence, ranked second overall on the ESPN 300, comes to the program one class after another elite pocket-passer recruit in Hunter Johnson.
