Nick Rolovich knows how to make an entrance.
The Hawaii head coach walked into Mountain West Media Days with an Elvis impersonator by his side in Las Vegas. While his colleagues likely had a good laugh, it wasn't cheap. The impersonator was there for two hours and ran Rolovich $350 per hour.
Rolovich's entrance may have been somewhat outlandish, but his original plan was perhaps even more so.
Rolovich originally planned to rent a monkey to keep on his shoulder during media day ... but cost $2,000 and he couldn't get the permit.

It remains to be seen what Rolovich will show up to the sideline with when Hawaii kicks off its season against UMass on Aug. 26.
