Look: Al Pacino transforms into Paterno as biopic begins production

Al Pacino has had a large number of classic roles in his storied acting career, and his latest has him bearing an eerily striking resemblance to one of the most prolific college football coaches of all time.

The 77-year-old Pacino is currently taking part in the filming of HBO's biopic of former Penn State head coach Joe Paterno, and the makeup team is definitely on its A-game judging by the snapshot below.

Barry Levinson is signed on to direct the film, which is currently in production, according to Greg Evans of Deadline Hollywood. The film is currently untitled.
