Watch: Bo Jackson's nephew commits to Auburn with awesome video
The Jackson family name will live on at Auburn, as Shedrick Jackson, nephew of Tigers legend Bo, announced he's following in his uncle's footsteps on Monday.
The shadow cast by the elder Jackson will be among the biggest in sporting history, as the 1985 Heisman Trophy winner is widely regarded as one of the best athletes in sporting history. He famously starred in both the NFL and MLB at the same time before seeing his career cut short by hip injuries.
The younger Jackson is a four-star recruit ranked as the 74th-best player at his position in the class of 2018. He fielded offers from a number of FBS programs, including Mississippi State, Missouri, and Memphis, before deciding to continue the family legacy at Auburn.
