Ex-Florida tailback Cronkrite transfers to South Florida

Former Florida running back Jordan Cronkrite announced Thursday he's transferring to South Florida.

The former four-star recruit racked up 302 yards and four touchdowns over two seasons with the Gators. He'll be forced to sit out a season before suiting up for the Bulls, per NCAA transfer rules.

Cronkrite will have two seasons of eligibility remaining upon his reinstatement, beginning in 2018.
