Ohio State's Marcus Baugh: Out for spring
Baugh has not practiced this spring after undergoing shoulder surgery early in the offseason, Bill Rabinowitz of the Columbus Dispatch reports.
Analysis:
Baugh was the leader of Ohio State's tight end group last season, appearing in all 13 games and hauling in 24 receptions. He had a shoulder issue that ultimately required surgery, but there's no indication that his status for the start of fall camp is in jeopardy. A.J. Alexander and a crop of other young tight ends are getting a chance to impress the coaching staff with Baugh sidelined this spring.
