Watch: Patriots' White serenaded with MVP chants in return to Wisconsin

New England Patriots running back, Super Bowl LI hero, and Wisconsin alum James White was greeted with cheers and "MVP" chants Sunday while taking in the Badgers' basketball game versus Maryland.
White wasn't officially the Super Bowl MVP - that honor went to Tom Brady - but he accounted for three touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime against the Atlanta Falcons on Feb. 5.
His appearance at Kohl Center continued what's been a busy weekend for White at his alma mater. He got a similar reception Saturday when dropping the ceremonial first puck at a Badgers hockey game.
White played four years at Wisconsin, rushing for 4,015 yards and 45 touchdowns.
