Texas A&M's Speedy Noil: Arrested for alleged marijuana possession
Noil was arrested for allegedly possessing marijuana on Tuesday, Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis:
Noil caught 21 passes for 325 yards and two touchdowns in 2016, though he arrived to A&M with expectations of much better things. This puts his availability for the AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl against Kansas State on Dec. 28 in question. If he is no longer allowed to play, look for Ricky Seals-Jones to establish a clearer role as the team's third wideout behind Christian Kirk and Josh Reynolds.
