Graham is ranked by ESPN as the No. 6 cornerback in the 2017 recruiting class, and the No. 44 overall prospect.
He chose to sign with the Ducks over Nebraska, Notre Dame, Arizona, and Arizona State. He took official visits to all four schools, plus Oregon.
The Ducks now have three ESPN 300 recruits slated to join the program next season.
