Ohio State's Mike Weber: Limited production on season-high workload
Weber finished Saturday's game against Penn State with just 72 yards rushing despite receiving a season-high 21 carries. He did add a season-high eight catches for 36 yards receiving as well.
Analysis:
Weber doesn't generally profile as much of a pass-catching back, recording more than one catch just once in the previous six games this season. While he did get involved more in that aspect Saturday, he managed just 36 yards receiving on the eight grabs and was held out of the end zone for a second straight week. Tough times could continue next week against a strong Northwestern rush defense.
