Nebraska will be without Jordan Westerkamp for the second straight game, as the star wideout won't face Purdue this weekend, head coach Mike Riley announced Thursday, reports Samuel McKewon of the World-Herald.
Westerkamp suffered a back injury in the Cornhuskers' win over Illinois on Oct. 1, and has yet to recover for game action. The senior leads the team with four touchdown receptions, and ranks second with 228 yards receiving.
The undefeated Cornhuskers will hope Westerkamp returns for a massive conference showdown with No. 10 Wisconsin next week.
