300-pound Pitt lineman scores screen pass TD
Pitt is going deep into the playbook Saturday against Georgia Tech, utilizing an offensive lineman screen pass to find the end zone.
Facing 1st-and-10 from the Yellow Jackets 24-yard line, Nathan Peterman threw a screen pass to 300-pound tackle Brian O'Neill, who rumbled into the end zone for the score.
It certainly classifies as a "big guy" touchdown, but O'Neill was a tight end prior to the 2015 season, so it's not quite as impressive as other lineman scores.
The official Panthers Twitter account had some fun with the play, posting the score while admitting they didn't have a Brian O'Neill graphic ready.
TOUCHDOWN: #Pitt opens with a great 75-yard scoring drive to lead 7-0.
