Florida's Cleveland, Wells suspended for season opener

Florida head coach Jim McElwain followed through on his promise to discipline receivers Tyrie Cleveland and Rick Wells, who were arrested in July for a BB Gun incident.
McElwain told reporters at a press conference Monday that he's suspended both players for the season opener against UMass.
Cleveland and Wells were both highly touted four-star recruits from Florida's impressive 2016 class, and are expected to contribute in some form during this season. Their status for the Gators' Week 2 contest against Kentucky is unclear.
