Auburn's Jeremy Johnson: One of three QBs vying for starting slot
Johnson is one of three quarterbacks vying for the starting job, and coach Gus Malzahn is not ready to name a starter at this time, AL.com reports.
Analysis:
Malzahn was vague when asked about the competition, simply stating, "Not ready to name a starting quarterback yet. Hopefully we'll know something in the near future." Johnson is the elder statesman of the group that features sophomore Sean White and JUCO transfer John Franklin III.
