Clemson fan trolls South Carolina with reminder of team's awful 2015 season
Clemson and South Carolina meet every year in the rivalry game known as the "Palmetto Bowl," but the Tigers fan base scored a victory Monday with an excellent troll job.
New Gamecocks coach Will Muschamp is out on a barnstorming recruiting tour, and a Clemson fan took the opportunity to post a "3-9" sign on the back of the school's bus as a reminder of the program's awful record last season.
The Tigers certainly hold bragging rights in the state of South Carolina right now, coming off an impressive 14-1 campaign, and currently riding a two-game winning streak in the series. They also hold an all-time 67-42-4 record in the matchup, and one of Muschamp's biggest jobs in his first year with the Gamecocks program will be to settle the score with the in-state rival.
