Crimson Tide football is religion in the state of Alabama, and head coach Nick Saban is considered the savior - apparently literally.
While golfing in a Champions Tour Pro-Am in Birmingham, Ala., on Wednesday, Saban received all sorts of objects to sign, but one stood out from the traditional items.
On the 15th hole at Greystone Golf & Country Club, playing partner Rocco Mediate noticed a candle with the Alabama coach depicted as Jesus.
Saban signed the item with "Roll Tide."
