Jordan Preator has played his last game for BYU.
The sophomore defensive back announced Monday that he'll be leaving the Cougars, although he added that "it isn't my option."
What that means is unclear, but BYU did go through a coaching change this offseason when Bronco Mendenhall left for Virginia and Kalani Sitake took over.
Preator totaled 21 tackles and one interception during the 2015 campaign.
