Minnesota's Ahmad Gilbert to undergo surgery on dislocated finger

Minnesota guard Ahmad Gilbert will undergo surgery on a dislocated finger Sunday, coach Richard Pitino announced.
Gilbert sustained the injury during the Golden Gophers' loss Saturday to Indiana.
A timetable for the freshman's return is not yet known.
Gilbert is averaging 2.3 points in 7.8 minutes for Pitino's club, which suffered its seventh straight defeat Saturday.
