Five-star forward Liam McNeeley has asked for his release from his letter of intent to play for Indiana next season, sources told Zagsblog's Adam Zagoria.
McNeeley is ranked as the No. 11 prospect in the 2024 class, per ESPN.
The Texas native originally chose the Hoosiers over Kansas back in October.
The news comes a day after Indiana reportedly decided to retain head coach Mike Woodson amid his challenging third season at the helm. The Hoosiers are 17-13 on the year and 9-10 in the Big Ten.
With McNeeley's reported departure, Indiana currently has no recruits signed for the 2024 class.
