Arkansas senator proposes resolution for better NCAA officiating

Football is religion down south, but basketball is still important.
On Thursday, Arkansas state Senator Keith Ingram brought a resolution to the Senate floor, aimed at improving NCAA officiating.

"Encouraging better education of NCAA basketball officials," was the official resolution by Senator Ingram.
Sadly for college basketball fans around the country, Ingram's resolution won't get very far.
