AP Poll: Duke tops preseason list with Kentucky, Kansas close behind

The preseason AP Poll dropped on Monday, and to nobody's surprise, Duke finds itself in the No. 1 position.
With a loaded recruiting class joining returning stars Grayson Allen, Luke Kennard, and Amile Jefferson, the Blue Devils are the odds-on favorites to capture the NCAA championship.
As is customary under John Calipari, Kentucky lost a great deal of talent to the NBA, but stocked the cupboards in Lexington with a solid recruiting haul, and are second in the poll, followed by Kansas at No. 3.
Defending champions Villanova and Oregon round out the top five, while Wisconsin represented the Big Ten's only team in the top 10 at the No. 9 spot.
