The road to the NBA Finals will run through Atlanta.
The Hawks clinched the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference on Friday night, courtesy of a routine win over the Miami Heat and a corresponding Cleveland Cavaliers loss.

It marks the first time the Hawks have finished first in the conference since the 1993-94 season, back when they were led by Dominique Wilkins, Mookie Blaylock and Kevin Willis.
The Hawks won 57 games that season, the most in franchise history. After improving to 55-17 on Friday, they're on pace to blow that total out of the water.
