4 ejected after Thunder-Wizards scuffle spills into seats
A skirmish broke out during Saturday's game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Washington Wizards, sending players from both teams into the baseline seats at Capital One Arena.
As Thunder big man Jaylin Williams prepared to inbound the ball following a made basket by Wizards forward Anthony Gill, the former exchanged quick shoves with forward Justin Champagnie under the basket. The two were quickly separated by referee Nate Green.
Champagnie then made contact with the face of Thunder guard Ajay Mitchell, prompting players from both teams to rush over, which knocked some of them into the seats behind the stanchion.
