VIDEO: Bryant scores 13 in 1st preseason game: 'This is the healthiest I've been in a couple years'
Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant was back on a basketball court Monday in game action - albeit preseason - for the first time since Dec. 17, 2013, and, well, he's back.
"It felt good, it felt fine," Bryant said, after playing 21 minutes. "This is the healthiest I've been in a couple years now."
"I felt like I could do anything I wanted," the 36-year-old added.
The Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets 98-95, and new head coach Byron Scott was pleased with what he saw from his best player.
"He looked like Kobe," Scott said.
Scott on Kobe diving into courtside seat: "I wasn’t’ cringing if that’s’ what you mean. He’s healthy."

Bryant said that he was wasn't thinking about his health. He was "just playing hoops." And enjoying it.
Kobe on playing with Nash: "Real easy. It's extremely effortless to play with him. Just get him the ball and let him run."
