Apparently the Sixers weren't worried about the foot injury that will delay the start of his rookie season. Embiid averaged 11.2 points, 8.1 boards and 2.6 blocks in 23 minutes per game as a freshman for Kansas while shooting 62.6 percent from the floor and 68.5 percent from the line, and his numbers compare favorably to Hakeem Olajuwon's freshman performance back in the day. Once he gets healthy, expect him to quickly carve out a starting role at center in Philly.
