Bucks' Prince sidelined indefinitely with herniated disc in neck
Milwaukee Bucks wing Taurean Prince will be out indefinitely after an MRI revealed a herniated disc in his neck, the team announced Monday.
Prince didn't play in Milwaukee's last two games. He's been a key contributor in eight games off the bench this season, averaging 6.1 points and 1.6 rebounds in 21.1 minutes while shooting 42.9% from three.
The Bucks are already without starting guard Kevin Porter Jr., who suffered a right meniscus injury during his recovery from an ankle sprain sustained in the team's season opener.
Prince, 31, is in his second season with Milwaukee. He played 80 games for the Bucks in 2024-25, including 73 starts, and averaged 8.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and one steal. His 3-point percentage last season (43.9%) was the team's best mark by any player who appeared in at least 10 games.
