Dwight Howard trying to recruit Harden to Taiwan
The drama between James Harden and the Philadelphia 76ers has Dwight Howard dreaming of a reunion with his former Houston Rockets teammate.
After Harden branded 76ers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey a "liar" and vowed to never play for him again, Howard shared an Instagram post Tuesday encouraging the 10-time NBA All-Star to join him in Taiwan's T1 League.
Harden called out Morey at an Adidas promotional event in China on Monday, just a few days after it was reported that the 76ers had ended trade talks involving the star guard.
James Harden: “Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of. Let me say that again: Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of.” pic.twitter.com/AmHJ0WwbF2

Howard and Harden were teammates in Houston for three seasons, helping the Rockets reach the Western Conference finals in 2015.
Howard signed with the Taiwan-based Leopards last year and was named an All-Star and the Most Valuable Import of the T1 League for the 2022-23 season while also making the All-Defensive first team.
