The Milwaukee Bucks have had discussions with the Boston Celtics about acquiring Dennis Schroder, sources told ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

In turn, the Celtics have expressed some interest in trading for Donte DiVincenzo, Windhorst reports.

However, it's unclear how far talks have progressed between Boston and the Bucks, who've reportedly gauged DiVincenzo's trade market in recent days after failing to sign him to an extension last fall.

Schroder's production has cooled off after a strong start to the season. He's averaging 14.4 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.3 boards over 48 appearances in 2021-22. The veteran guard will be an unrestricted free agent this summer.

DiVincenzo missed this season's first 34 games after being out for the majority of the Bucks' 2021 championship run due to an ankle injury. He's struggled since returning to the lineup, registering 7.1 points on 32.4% shooting, including a 28.6% mark from distance. The Villanova product is set to become a restricted free agent following the campaign.
