The NBA will allow teams to place an additional sponsorship asset on practice jerseys, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
Most of the 30 clubs have a sponsorship patch on the front left shoulder of their game-day uniforms.
The Toronto Raptors' practice jerseys feature the owl logo from rapper Drake's "October's Very Own" lifestyle brand.
Beginning in the 2017-18 season, NBA teams were permitted to sell jersey sponsorships to generate additional revenue.
The practice has been a mainstay for years in European soccer leagues, where sponsors are featured prominently across the chest of players' jerseys.
