Phoenix Suns teammates Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton are set to do battle in the inaugural NBA 2K Players Tournament final following Saturday night's semifinal action. The winner of the tournament will earn $100,000 for a charity of his choice.

Players were seeded based on their in-game rankings and weren't allowed to select teams they used in earlier rounds of the tournament. The semifinals consisted of two best-of-three series.

Here's how all the action went down:

Semifinal 1: No. 8 Harrell vs. No. 5 Booker

Game 1: 68-54 Booker

Booker used Montrezl Harrell's own team against him in their first semifinal game, selecting the Los Angeles Clippers. Harrell played as one of his former teams, the Houston Rockets.

The Suns' All-Star guard made sure to take advantage of the elite personnel at his disposal, using Kawhi Leonard's quick hands to get off to a hot start.

Holding a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter, Booker added insult to injury by throwing down a punctuating slam with 2K Harrell to seal the victory.

Game 2: 65-62 Booker

Needing a win in Game 2 to extend the series, Harrell gave himself an excellent chance to do so by selecting the Milwaukee Bucks. Booker countered with the Toronto Raptors.

It was a much tighter contest this time around, but Booker narrowly edged Harrell to earn a two-game series sweep and a berth in the final.

Semifinal 2: No. 10 Ayton vs. No. 14 Beverley

Game 1: 75-69 Ayton

Ayton opted to play with a fully healthy Brooklyn Nets squad in Game 1. Beverley countered with the Boston Celtics.

Trailing 54-51 after three quarters, Ayton leaned on Kevin Durant in the final frame to seal a back-and-forth Game 1 win.

Beverley managed to shoot 60% in the loss, but he struggled to contain Ayton's Nets when it came to securing the offensive glass and limiting turnovers.

Game 2: 74-67 Ayton

Instead of choosing a powerhouse still at his disposal like the Bucks or Los Angeles Lakers, Ayton elected to play with his actual NBA team. Rather than follow Ayton's lead by choosing the Clippers, Beverley decided to roll with the Denver Nuggets.

A familiar roster proved to be the difference in Game 2, though, as Ayton shot the lights out and used his in-game self to pull off a dominant upset win and set up an all-Suns final.
