It was an elbow that went both under the radar and below the belt.

Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Ben Simmons crashed to the hardwood while attempting to go for an offensive rebound midway through the second quarter of Game 3 against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday night.

With Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry standing over him after boxing him out, Simmons lifted his left elbow and struck the 33-year-old in the groin.

No foul was called on the play and it wasn't reviewed by officials for a potential flagrant since too much time had passed.

The league can go back and assess a flagrant at a later time, though.
