The top-secret order of the 2018 NBA All-Star Draft is coming to light.

San Antonio Spurs power forward LaMarcus Aldridge was drafted to Team LeBron with the last pick in the non-televised selection process, and Boston Celtics center Al Horford was chosen right before him on Team Stephen, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes.

Aldridge wasn't surprised about being left on the board late since he's not the flashiest player around, and he's fine with that.

"We're all All-Stars, so, at the end of the day, we should be thankful to be here," the six-time All-Star told Haynes. "Picked first, picked last, it doesn't matter. We're all competitive, too. It won't be the easiest thing to be picked last, but at the end of the day, you're just happy to be here."

The leading vote-getter from each conference, LeBron James and Stephen Curry, served as captains and handpicked their respective rosters over a conference call behind closed doors. It's believed the NBA didn't publicize the inaugural draft in order to protect players' egos and keep messy politics from playing out for the world to see.

Despite being the penultimate selection, Horford thinks that coddling isn't necessary and that the league should air the draft moving forward.

It's been confirmed that James picked Kevin Durant first overall, and Curry nabbed Giannis Antetokounmpo with the No. 2 pick.

According to ESPN's Jackie MacMullan, this is the complete draft order for the starters:

  1. Kevin Durant (Team LeBron)
  2. Giannis Antetokounmpo (Team Curry)
  3. Anthony Davis (Team LeBron)
  4. James Harden (Team Curry)
  5. Kyrie Irving (Team LeBron)
  6. Joel Embiid (Team Curry)
  7. DeMarcus Cousins (Team LeBron)
  8. DeMar DeRozan (Team Curry)
She added that Curry picked his Splash Brother Klay Thompson first among the reserves. The All-Star Game will tip off at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday in Los Angeles.
