Fresh off of watching their Cavaliers receive their championship rings and dismantle the New York Knicks 117-88 in their season opener, fans at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena stayed late to watch the Indians - playing the Chicago Cubs next door at Progressive Field - in the World Series:
Not everyone stayed put in "The Q," though.
After all those basketball fans finished watching the Cavaliers earn their first win, many of them poured out of the arena and into Gateway Plaza that's just beyond left field to watch their Indians - who took Game 1 by a 6-0 score - move three wins from their first title since 1948.
Led by "The King" LeBron James, the Cavaliers ended a 52-year championship drought for the city of Cleveland last season when they defeated the Golden State Warriors in seven games in the NBA Finals.
