Jared Cannonier vs. Michael Page added to UFC 319
A middleweight fight between Jared Cannonier and Michael "Venom" Page has been added to UFC 319, the promotion announced Friday.
The bout is expected to be part of the pay-per-view main card, according to MMA Junkie. The card - which takes place Aug. 16 in Chicago - will be headlined by a middleweight title fight between champion Dricus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev.
Page is 2-1 since debuting in the UFC in March 2024. The former Bellator star moved from welterweight to middleweight to defeat Sharabutdin Magomedov in his most recent Octagon appearance in February.
Meanwhile, Cannonier snapped a two-fight losing streak by defeating Gregory Rodrigues in February. The former title challenger is 11-8 in the UFC.
Cannonier is the seventh-ranked middleweight in the UFC, while Page shows as the promotion's No. 15 welterweight.
