Hirota out of UFC Japan after looking 'dazed' during missed weigh-in

Mizuto Hirota has been pulled from his fight against Charles Rosa at UFC Fight Night 117 due to "health and safety reasons," with the UFC deeming him unfit to compete, the promotion announced Thursday.
Hirota looked "dazed" before missing weight Thursday by four pounds and requiring help to exit the stage:

It was the first time he missed weight in his UFC career.
The card will proceed with 10 fights, with Jussier Formiga versus Ulka Sasaki bumped up to the main card.
