'Dazed' Hirota misses weight for UFC Japan

After Mizuto Hirota just barely made his two-hour weigh-in window for UFC Fight Night 117, according to MMAJunkie, the former DEEP lightweight champion proceeded to miss weight for his featherweight fight against Charles Rosa by four pounds, reports Peter Carroll of MMA Fighting.

The "dazed"-looking Hirota, per MMAJunkie, will be fined 30 percent of his purse, with the money going to Rosa, regardless of the outcome of what is now a catchweight tilt.

Japanese headliner Yushin Okami comfortably made weight for his light heavyweight bout with Ovince St-Preux. The event takes place Friday, at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
