Fagundez opens up the scoring in New England in spectacular fashion. #NEvMTL #DecisionDay https://t.co/7T17SBgI3v
New England Revolution attacker Diego Fagundez has a penchant for scoring some rather pretty goals and this one is as good as any, coming on MLS Decision Day Saturday - a 13th-minute free-kick leaving Montreal Impact goalkeeper Evan Bush stunned to open the scoring.
The goal goes a long way in helping the Revolution try to clinch a playoff berth, in the sense that instead of having to overturn a -13 goal differential, New England now only has to deal with a -12 margin.
Good stuff!
