New York City FC captain David Villa was all hustle in the 35th minute of his side's latest league fixture against the Montreal Impact, showing off a rare glimpse of his physicality in shoving aside a defender before scoring the opening goal.
The Spanish striker found space behind Victor Cabrera as Tommy McNamara played a through pass toward his position, then used his shoulder to fairly challenge for possession. As Cabrera fell to the ground, Villa set up his shot and squared it away calmly past goalkeeper Evan Bush.
14 - @Guaje7Villa has now scored 14 of his 31 goals against Canadian opponents. Hosers.
