VIDEO: Piazza throws out 1st pitch of Game 3

A familiar face threw out the first pitch for Game 3 of the World Series on Friday.
Former Mets catcher Mike Piazza made his return to the field and fired a strike to Kevin Plawecki in front of an electric Citi Field crowd.

Piazza spent eight seasons with the Mets, hitting .296/.373/.542 with 220 home runs and 655 RBIs and helping them to their last World Series appearance in 2000.
The 47-year-old catcher's career ended in 2007 with the Oakland Athletics, after hitting a career .308/.377/.545 with 427 home runs and 1,335 RBIs.
