Spring training continues to take its toll on pitchers across the majors.
Miami Marlins righty Aaron Crow is likely facing season-ending Tommy John surgery after an MRI revealed a tear in his pitching elbow, reported MLB.com's Joe Frisaro.
Crow, who was acquired from the Kansas City Royals in November, was competing for a roster spot after avoiding arbitration with a one-year, $1.975-million deal this winter.
Crow went 6-1 with a 4.12 ERA in 67 appearances for the Royals last season.
