VIDEO: Gomez, Lucroy release hilarious political-style attack ads for All-Star Campaign

Around this time every year, teams begin campaigning for their players to make the All-Star game. Most of the videos, ads and other promotional gimmicks clubs produce are lacking. Not this one, though.

The Milwaukee Brewers, Carlos Gomez and Jonathan Lucroy just raised the bar for All-Star campaigning in these hilarious political-style attacks ads released Tuesday.

Lucroy's ad takes dead aim at St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina, accompanied by what sounds like children screaming in the background.
