Harrison is the latest veteran addition by the Reds' front office, joining Jeimer Candelario, Frankie Montas, Nick Martinez, Emilio Pagán, and Brent Suter.
The 36-year-old should provide Reds manager David Bell with defensive versatility and add an experienced clubhouse presence to a young Cincinnati team.
Harrison appeared at five different positions - including pitcher - for the Philadelphia Phillies last season and has played every position except catcher throughout his career.
The two-time All-Star's best campaigns came with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2014 and 2017.
