Brebbia posted a 3.99 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP and 47 strikeouts over 40 appearances for the San Francisco Giants last season.
The 33-year-old right-hander owns a 3.42 ERA with a 9.6 K/9 over six years between the Giants and St. Louis Cardinals.
Brebbia should help a White Sox bullpen that accrued the sixth-worst fWAR in baseball in 2023.
