The San Francisco Giants aren't messing around when it comes to Aaron Judge.

The Giants are believed to have made the free-agent outfielder an offer in the neighborhood of $360 million, according to the New York Post's Jon Heyman.

Rivals still believe the New York Yankees are the favorites to land the 2022 AL MVP despite the Giants' significant offer, Heyman adds. The Yankees reportedly have an eight-year, $300-million offer on the table to Judge.

The Giants and Yankees have been the two teams with the strongest interest in the four-time All-Star this offseason, with the Los Angeles Dodgers also in the running.

Judge grew up close to San Francisco in nearby Linden, California, and recently admitted to predicting in high school that he would play for the Giants in the future.

The 30-year-old has spent his entire career with the Yankees after they drafted him in 2013. He hit .284/.394/.583 with 220 home runs and 497 RBIs in seven seasons with the Bronx Bombers, which included a historic 2022 campaign where he broke the AL's single-season homer record.
